Great hotel, nice staff. Very good place to stay when you're visiting Madrid. Close to 2 metro lines and you're in no time in the city centre. Breakfast was very extensive too.

El hotel tiene unos años, pero la verdad es que todo muy correcto, muy amables. El desayuno super completo. La habitación funcional, algo estrecho el escritorio, pero se puede trabajar. Ducha muy cómoda

Estuvimos en el hotel el día 18-04-22.el hotel está muy bien en un enclave muy tranquilo cerca de la plaza de toros. La habitación muy bien de tamaño y la Cama muy confortable el aseo es muy completo con ducha 🚿 y secador de pelo,también tiene albornoz y zapatillas para estar por la habitación,el desayuno hay de todo variado y no está mal. Sin duda lo recomiendo para una escapada a Madrid♥️.

I love the location of the hotel, that was a best part but the rooms are tiny and the worst part is their wifi, I am on a official visit and I have to take some calls which I was unable to do it with their bad internet connection.

Near to down town, walking distance from two metro stations, great breakfast spread, good service, decent bar, nice rooms, courteous staff. The best you can ask for a business trip

Muy agradable y como el hotel. La cama súper cómoda y me encanto que la ventana se abre por completo. Todas las mañanas ventilaba la habitación axón aire fresco. Los bombones de la tarde en Recepcion deliciosos. Son los detalles los que hacen la diferencia.

El pasado fin de semana estuvimos en el hotel dos parejas. Las camas amplias y cómodas y la habitación confortable pero la sorpresa desagradable es que en las dos habitaciones el termostato de la ducha no funciona y pasas 5 en 5 segundos de agua más bien fría a agua hirviendo y así durante todo el tiempo.Ocupamos las habitaciones 319 y 321. Avisamos en recepción pero al día siguiente seguía averiado el termostato y preferimos no ducharnos.

Una maravilla de hotel. Desde el recibimiento en recepción hasta el servicio de bar y habitaciones. Todo son buenas atenciones y sobre todo que se nota que les sale de dentro la vocación de servicio y de saber que trabajan día a día para que los clientes nos sintamos como en casa. Mención especial para su carta de comidas excelente y una gran relación calidad precio. Sin duda todo un acierto. Volveré y lo recomendaré siempre 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

He organizado dos eventos, uno profesional y otro personal y en ambos tanto la atención por parte del director y del equipo de eventos ha sido excepcional . Destacaría la calidad de la restauración y lo agradable de la zona de la terraza exterior en la parte posterior. Tuve también muy bueno comentarios sobre el desayuno buffet. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Impressive breakfast buffet, very kind personnel and a lot of attention to small details make this the best hotel I can remember... And I have travelled to quite a few. 24 hour plug sockets to charge your devices while leaving your room are the kind of detail that count.. I would highly recommend this centric Madrid Hotel for business travel or just to visit the city

Gostei do hotel como um todo. Quarto bom; bom atendimento, bom café da manhã. Não gostei da localização. Hotel cravado em um bairro totalmente residencial. Para ir até o centro - comércio e atrações - usei táxi, pois fica distante.

Estive na convenção da Eurolloyd que foi excelente!Pude conhecer a área de sala e cafeteria do hotel.Tem várias salas para alugar, com espaço amplo, ambiente climatizado e com acesso fácil ao banheiro. Fui bem atendido quando estive lá. 😉

Hotel bien ubicado y ofrece unos servicios adecuados a su categoría, además de tener una plantilla atenta y agradable. No obstante, uno de los hoteles más ruidosos en los que he estado.Si bien es cierto que el hotel está bien acondicionado en cuanto al aislamiento con respecto al exterior, la cantidad de portazos y ruido que hacen las puertas de las habitaciones y el servicio de limpieza, desde bien temprano, es increíble. He estado 5 días y no he podido descansar bien ninguno de ellos.No repetiré.

NH Ventas is a good hotel. A little bit outside the center of Madrid, but as such also in a somewhat less crowded zone. Services and breakfast in the hotel are great. The personnel is extremely helpful. The only remark is that some details need some refreshing.

Stayed at this hotel from 14th October 2019 for a week. Very nice hotel and excellent service. Friendly staff and nice food, not far from Madrid centre and were always willing to assist whenever I wanted to visit places. It was an enjoyable stay and once i go back to Spain/Madrid this is the hotel i will stay.

Hotel is out of the busy areas but is quite convenient because it's about 3 minutes walk to the Ventas Matrro station whick takes you to Puerta del Sol in a few stops.Staff are friendly and helpful and facilities are quite good. Just don't expect a full gym as it's just a small room with a couple of equipments.Rooms are OK in size and beds are comfortable. We made sure to ask for the quiet side which looks over the swimming pool.

Really nice. Staff very helpful. I'd booked a standard and the first room they gave me was a bit dark and looking over nothing so I asked to change to have a bit more of a view looking over the street, and it was no problem for them. Reasonably priced for July. Very good

Great value for money. Rooms are clean and service is very good! Friendly personnel as well. Bathroom is spacious and clean, water of shower tends to shift between temperatures though but otherwise very good hotel!Hotel is located near the bullring in an area of the working class. Very nice location!

Great hotel with very nice rooms and modern and comfortable bathrooms. Friendly and welcoming reception. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want to eat in the morning. The restaurant is very good as well. It's not located in the city centre but there is a subway station only a few minutes away with a direct connection to the centre.

Good location in Ventas central Madrid next to the architecturally incredible bull ring. Welcoming and helpful staff. I stayed in a standard room which was a touch small but that aside the hotel was clean the bed very comfy, great bathroom and spacious shower unit.

Great hotel in a very good location. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk is very affable and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and the waiting staff is really friendly. The only snag was that sometimes the WiFi signal would drop or not work in the room. Also, two teas at the after hours bar were way too expensive. Almost 7€ for two herb teas at 11pm.
