“Jose and Edward were exceptional from the time we arrived. They took care of all of our needs, helped schedule tours, meals, made recommendations, and attended to all of our needs. I experienced food born sickness, and both were very attentive, checking on me regularly and making sure I had everything for a speedy recovery. Eliezer and other staff provided excellent service during all of meals. The maid service was also excellent. Every one of them were always smiling and pleasant. Last but not least, the resort is beautiful. The grounds are spectacular.”
