“The rooms were clean not fancy but spacious and very comfortable! The staff was helpful and friendly! Tip them well! Pools were nice! The food was tasty and diverse with lots of selection! Only the buffets were open but there was no lack of food! The beach and grounds were clean and well maintained!”

“Beautiful grounds and beach is wide with varying amounts of seaweed. Buffet was good but service varied depending on staff. Best a la carte was Italian restaurant in Bavaro. AC in room did not cool enough and wasn't improved much with a call to maintenance. Their app wasn't always consistent for event times. They need to invest in large/better ceiling fans in lobby, rooms, and theater area for the comfort of the customers.”
