My wife and I want to express to you and your staff how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We enjoyed your hospitality from the get go. Our first encounter was with Emily at the front desk who treated us like royalty. From then on, every encounter with your personnel was excellent. If it was breakfast on the patio, or dinner again it was first class. We have been in the hospitality business all our lives and we know that to attain that level of service is true dedication to the industry. Esta foi a pior experiência que já tive em um hotel Marriott. Nosso quarto era nojento. Tínhamos família de diferentes estados chegando, precisava de um quarto para acomodar 5. À primeira vista, o quarto era bom. Eles só nos deram toalhas e roupas de cama para 3, embora soubessem que éramos um grupo de 5. Quando puxamos o sofá-cama, fiquei doente. Havia comida e contas rolando quando levantamos as almofadas. A cama que eles esperavam que eu colocasse meus netos tinha manchas horríveis (veja as fotos). Este lugar é um Marriott, não uma calçada sem dizer motel !!. Às 23 horas quando o descobrimos, eles decidiram nos ceder o quarto contíguo. Então poderíamos usar as camas lá até que o colchão horrível pudesse ser substituído. 4x caímos porque o cartão-chave não funcionou. São 11:30 agora estamos todos cansados ​​da viagem. Finalmente, eles separaram minha família e nos deram um quarto do outro lado do corredor. O banheiro tinha mofo preto nele, ao procurar o controle remoto levantamos uma almofada da cadeira para mais uma vez encontrar comida. Había comida y cuentas rodando cuando levantamos los cojines. La cama en la que esperaban que pusiera a mis nietos tenía manchas horribles (ver fotos). Este lugar es un Marriott, no un motel en la acera !!. A las 11 pm. cuando lo descubrimos decidieron cedernos la habitación contigua. Así que podríamos usar las camas hasta que reemplazaran el repugnante colchón. 4x bajamos porque la tarjeta de acceso no funcionaba son las 11:30 ahora estamos cansados ​​de viajar. Finalmente dividieron a mi familia y nos dieron una habitación al otro lado del pasillo. El baño tenía moho negro, cuando buscamos el control remoto levantamos el cojín de una silla para encontrar comida nuevamente. El desayuno continental se cambió debido al covid a una bolsa marrón de agua, un muffin y barra de granola empaquetados y una naranja que devolví porque era verde y marrón. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a Marriott Hotel. Our room was disgusting. We had family from different states coming, needed a room to accommodate 5 . At first glance the room was nice, They only gave us towels and bedding for 3 even though they knew we were a party of 5. When we pulled out the sofa bed It made me sick. There was food and beads rolling around when we lifted the cushions, The bed they expected me to put my grandkids on had horrible stains on it (see pics). This place is a Marriott, not acurbside no tell motel!!. At 11 p.m. when we discovered it they decided to give us the adjoing room. So we could use the beds in there until the nasty mattress could be replaced. 4x we went down because the key card didn't work it's 11:30 now we're all tired from travel . Finally they split up my family and gave us a room across the hall. The bathroom had black mold in it, when searching for the remote we lifted a chair cushion to yet again find food. The continental breakfast was changed due to covid to a brown bag of water, a prepackaged muffin and granola bar and an orange that I returned because it was green and brown. Yet someone thought let's feed this to our guest.🤔. I got out of the shower and grabbed my towel, and flipped it open , my towel was dirty, it looked like black makeup stains. The only reason I give it the stars that I did is because the manager (I didn't catch her name), was so very kind and apologetic. Shehandled the situation very well. In any times this would have been a awful experience, but in Covid times when things are supposed to be extremely clean, this was disturbing.

We always stay here when visiting our family. It has consistently been a pleasant stay. We are greeted by friendly staff and the rooms are always impeccably clean. We travelled from Georgia during this interesting time we are experiencing in our world and we felt safe and protected while there. We would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Fairfield for a home away from home.
