“This is my favorite hotel to stay. It has a history of being clean and good service staff. It is trying to stick to its standards. They gave me a room with drainage problem. When I notified the front desk, they immediately sent a guy who after some machination said that he had fixed it. It was not fixed however. I am afraid they did not want to give a good room, period.”
