Thank you Mariana and Sara for your wonderful care and enthusiasm looking after our daughter! She attended every day on our 12 day vacation and was so happy! It’s great to see when people really care about what they do.”

“The resort location and food is what make this place other than that we were not fans. The service was terrible. Maids often did not clean our rooms and we had to call to get more toilet paper and clean towels. The drinks were weak and full of syrup instead of natural flavoring (like lime juice). The rooms are all in desperate need of upgrade as well. They were clean but needed serious repair. There were actual holes in bottom of the door frames with water leaking out of the. The sliding glass door barely moved properly and the screws that held the top lock on were literally falling out. We expected a lot more for a Barcelo resort and were treated sub par even though we are Occidental members. Definitely would not recommend for the price tag.”
