Excelente Hotel ... como sempre Hilton

Excelente equipe e muito consciente do COVID. Os quartos claramente foram higienizados e nos dão uma sensação de segurança.

Se hospedado por 3 noites. Estadia tranquila, as crianças adoraram a piscina coberta, os quartos e a estadia. Ótima comida com variedade de opções para escolher! Pessoal cortês.

Fiquei uma noite. Voltamos para Longwood Gardens e ficamos até tarde. Não queria dirigir para casa (2 horas). O quarto era limpo e agradável. O pessoal foi amigável e útil.

Super staff. Construir parece um pouco cansado. Totalmente aceitável. O fator wow pode não ter existido devido aos desafios de pessoal durante a pandemia em curso. Eu daria a eles outra estadia.

I stayed one night. We had home to Longwood Gardens and stayed late. Didn't want to drive home (2 hours). The room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights. Peaceful stay, kids loved the indoor pool, the rooms and the stay. Great food with variety of options to choose from! Courteous staff.

Super staff. Building feels a bit tired. Overall acceptable. Wow factor may not have been there due to staffing challenges during the ongoing pandemic. I would give them another stay.

Nós nos registramos em uma terça-feira. Por volta das 5h da manhã de quarta-feira liguei para a Recepção, minha mãe tinha ligado para o meu quarto dizendo que estava com dores no peito. Os paramédicos estavam andando pelo corredor antes que eu terminasse de me vestir. Fiquei no quarto de minha mãe por alguns dias, até termos certeza de que ela não voltaria para o hotel. Tivemos que mudar o meu quarto porque era um quarto adjacente que tinha sido reservado anteriormente. Todos no hotel foram maravilhosos, compreensivos e prestativos durante toda a nossa estadia de 8 dias.Shawna (gerente noturno, é uma alegria conversar), Brenda (ajudou a me mudar para outro quarto, ficando muito calmo e reconfortante enquanto eu estava me sentindo estressado) e Craig (a pessoa que ligou para os Serviços de Emergência) foram todos muito profissionais, corteses, e amigável. Escreverei uma carta a Sean Fox, Diretor de Operações, ONIX Hospitality, dando mais detalhes sobre por que fiquei tão impressionado com essas pessoas. Obrigado por tudo que você fez. Vou acrescentar, dormir na cama com meu arranjo de travesseiros e colchas era como dormir em uma nuvem.

Faça um favor a si mesmo e fique longe deste lugar. A equipe da recepção não aprendeu que trabalham em uma empresa de serviços e são rudes e condescendentes. Durante a minha estadia, o elevador não funcionou; a temperatura ambiente não podia ser regulada e a água quente era limitada. Pedaços da parede estavam caindo no chão do banheiro. Tive que esperar uma hora e meia após o horário de check-in para que um quarto ficasse pronto. Sei que as coisas podem sofrer backup, mas não apreciei as mentiras e a falta de consideração da equipe da recepção. As prateleiras de lanches estavam quase vazias no saguão. O local poderia usar um facelift e alguns enfeites. Saí depois de uma noite e fui para outro hotel.

Muy agradable lugar

We checked in on a Tuesday.About 5 am Wednesday morning I called the Front Desk, my mother had called my room saying she was having chest pains.The EMTs were walking down the hall before I finished getting dressed.I kept my mother's room for a few days until we were sure she would not be returning to the hotel.We had to change my room because it was an adjoining room that had been previously booked.Everyone at the hotel was just wonderful, understanding, helpful during our entire 8-day stay.Shawna (night manager, a joy to talk with), Brenda (helped move me to another room staying very calm and reassuring while I was feeling stressed), and Craig (the person who called Emergency Services) were all so very professional, courteous, and friendly.I will be writing a letter to Sean Fox, Director of Operations, ONIX Hospitality giving more details about why I was so impressed with these individuals.Thank you for everything you did.I will add, sleeping on the bed with my arrangement of pillows and bedspreads was like sleeping on a cloud.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.The front desk staff have not learned that they work in a service business and are rude and condescending.During my stay, the elevator did not work; the room temperature could not be regulated, and there was limited hot water.Pieces of the wall were falling off onto the bathroom floor.Had to wait an hour-and-a-half after the check-in time for a room to be ready.I know things can get backed up, but I did not appreciate the lies and lack of consideration from the front desk staff. Snack shelves were mostly empty in the lobby.Place could use a facelift and some sprucing up. I left after one night and went to another hotel.
