“Booked for the evening of 03/14/22, paid to keep our vehicle there and shuttle to the airport at 4am for a 6am flight on 03/15/22, after checking in that evening, we were informed the shuttle was full and they couldn't get us to the airport till after 6... I asked for a refund on the extra amount paid for keeping our vehicle there while on vacation and I was informed I could not. So we had to pay for the week at the airport parking anyhow on top of the extra at the hotel. Worst CS ever. We promptly canceled the stay when we would arrive back from our vacation. Wont EVER stay in a holiday inn over this again.”
