A garota da recepção era preguiçosa, eu desci 4 vezes porque minha tv não estava funcionando, ela ficava me dizendo para apontar o controle remoto para o sensor que eu não estava usando direito. (Eu era um técnico de rede de prato sabia que era o controle remoto). Mas eu reiniciei tudo e voltei porque ainda não funcionou. Tudo o que eu podia fazer era desligar a TV. Ela ainda disse que não é remoto e nem tentaria ajudarFinalmente ela chamou a manutenção. Adivinha o que estava errado???????? O remoto.O cara da manutenção e o cara com quem eu fiz check-in vou dar a eles 5 estrelas. Muito respeitoso. Até que eles se livrem da senhorita preguiçosa, estou dando apenas 1 estrela a este hotel. De resto é muito bom

Fiquei aqui por cerca de 2 semanas devido a ser uma enfermeira itinerante e trabalhar na área! A equipe é ótima! Os quartos são limpos, a comida é ótima, rápido para as lojas locais! Sempre um prazer ficar aqui! Sempre venho aqui quando trabalho na área!

Eu estava na cidade e levei meu amigo austríaco Gunther aqui e gostamos muito da experiência de Joanie Schneider. Foi fantástico. Se você ainda não passou algum tempo aqui, não sabe o que está perdendo. A lista de toques era pesada em IPA. Meu amigo Bill é um regular aqui e também recomenda. Uma experiência total de cinco estrelas.

Fizemos uma viagem improvisada para a área para fazer uma compra e reservamos uma noite aqui. É um lugar agradável. Localização conveniente - há um restaurante (comida era muito boa para comida de bar! Eles também têm sushi, mas não a nossa coisa), bar e IHOP todos anexos ao prédio, então, após 7 horas de carro, poder ficar parado foi incrivelmente útil. Reservamos um quarto premium com cama king e foi bom. A cama era muito confortável - estávamos de frente para o estacionamento e você podia definitivamente ouvir o tráfego na parte anterior do dia, mas isso não nos incomodou à noite. O quarto só tinha suprimentos suficientes para uma xícara (muito sem açúcar) de café cada um para meu marido e eu, o que é um pouco incomum, mas conseguimos bem. Havia um cavalheiro vaping andando pelo corredor a caminho do quarto (ele parecia muito confortável como se estivesse lá há algum tempo), o que foi um pouco desligado - a jovem mãe e sua filha à nossa frente também apareceram estar em uma estadia de longo prazo e a música e os gritos para essa jovem eram um pouco demais. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática, especialmente o jovem no check-in! A equipe do bar foi bom o suficiente - este bar é definitivamente um ponto de encontro local, mas os frequentadores foram muito acolhedores para nós forasteiros. Este hotel não é o que estamos acostumados com o Ramada, mas Vineland parece ser uma cidade que as pessoas não passam férias com muita frequência, então como uma parada no local - este hotel vale bem o custo estritamente com base na conveniência.

Been staying here for about 2 weeks due to being a traveling nurse and working in the area! The staff is terrific! Rooms are clean, food is great, quick drive to local stores! Always a pleasure to stay here! Always come here when I work in the area!

Front desk girl was lazy i went down 4 times about my tv not working, she kept telling me to point the remote at the sensor I wasn’t using it right. (I was a dish network technician I knew it was the remote). But I did I reset everything and went back down cause it still didn’t work. All I could do is shut off the tv. She still said it’s not remote and wouldn’t even attempt to help Finally she called maintenance. Guess what was wrong???????? The remote. The maintenance guy and the guy I checked in with I’ll give them a 5 Starr. Very respectful. Until they get rid of miss lazy I’m only giving this hotel 1 star. Otherwise it is very nice

Went to Harry's Pub. Great service. Quaint place. Great food and drinks. Loved the Lemon 🍋 Drop Martini.

I was in town and took my Austrian friend Gunther here and we thoroughly enjoyed the Joanie Schneider experience. It was amazing. If you haven’t spent any time here you don’t know what you’re missing. The tap list was IPA heavy. My friend Bill is a regular here and also recommends it. A total five star experience.

We took an impromptu trip to the area to make a purchase and booked one night here. It's a nice place. Convenient location- there is a restaurant (food was pretty good for bar food! They also have sushi but not our thing), bar and IHOP all attached to the building so after a 7 hour drive being able to just stay put was incredibly helpful. We booked a premium king room and it was nice. The bed was very comfortable- we were facing the parking lot and you could definitely hear traffic in the earlier part of the day but that didn't disturb us at night. The room only had sufficient supplies for one (very unsweetened) cup of coffee each for my husband and I which is a bit unusual but we managed fine. There was a gentleman vaping walking down the hallway on our way to the room (he appeared very comfortable as if he had been there for some time) which was a bit of a turn off- the young mother and her daughter across from us also appeared to be on a long term stay and the music and hollering at this young girl was a bit much. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, especially the young man at check in! The staff at the bar were nice enough- this bar is definitely a local hangout but the regulars were very welcoming to us outsiders. This hotel is not what we are used to with Ramada's but Vineland appears to be a town that people don't vacation too often so as a stop over place- this hotel is well worth the cost strictly based on the convenience.

Foi um prazer trabalhar com Clarissa no passado. Ela não está mais lá e agora é uma inconveniência vir montada. Levou 45 minutos apenas para conseguir alguém para abrir a porta para nós. Decorei muitos eventos aqui, mas não vou mais reservar ninguém que esteja tendo um evento aqui devido ao falta de profissionalismo que recebemos no fim de semana passado.

Havia mofo no azulejo do chuveiro e a haste do chuveiro estava caindo da parede. E a banheira não vai drenar corretamente. Não há açúcar suficiente para o café. Caso contrário, o quarto estava limpo. E desta vez o aquecedor funcionou corretamente.

There was mold on the tile in the shower and the shower rod was falling off the wall. And the tub won’t drain properly. Not enough sugar for the coffee. Otherwise from that the room was clean. And this time the heater worked properly.

Clarissa was a pleasure to work with in the past. She is no longer there and now it's an inconvenience to come in an set up. It took 45 minutes just to get someone to open the door for us. I have decorated many events here but will no longer book anyone that is having an event here due to the unprofessionalism we received this past weekend.

Precisava de um hotel limpo e tranquilo para ficar por alguns dias. O check-in foi rápido e simples, os quartos eram limpos e silenciosos, as camas e travesseiros extremamente confortáveis, o café da manhã era quente e delicioso. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente!!!!

O quarto era muito limpo e confortável. Após um longo dia, a banheira de hidromassagem foi muito aliviar o estresse. Uma ótima noite de sono na cama king size para minha esposa e eu. A equipe foi muito útil.

Needed a clean quiet hotel to stay in for a few days. Check in was quick and simple, rooms were clean and quiet, beds and pillows extremely comfortable, breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. After a long day, the whirlpool tub was very stress relieving. A great night's sleep in the king size bed for my wife and me. Staff were very helpful.
