“I booked a Lakeview Suite last Friday and it was beautiful! Initially, I was irked when checking in but the issue was resolved quickly. I would recommend calling them if you need to request something for your reservation. I utilized the chat option and I was told that my requests were never communicated to the front desk by the people I spoke to during the chat. However, once checked in, the service by the hotel staff was phenomenal. Super accommodating and I love the fact that you can text the front desk. The view from the suite was absolutely gorgeous; the room was high tech, clean and spacious. I forgot my jacket in the room when checking out and I was able to grab it the next day, even then they were super kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again due to the beautiful rooms and amazing staff! :D”

“I booked a premium room with a view. Called multiple times to ensure the room with the view was requested. Upon check-in my friend was give a room with no view. Either reservation did not put the request in the notes or the check in person did not bother to read the notes. My friend got a lower floor room with awful views of some buildings and deck chairs,. 2 free drinks were offered as compensation at Starbucks. Rubbish! In addition, there was no water in the room. This is a 4 star hotel?”
