I was simply blown away by this location. We visited while attending a conference among many other conferences and was ready for the "normal" conference hotel experience. Great location, FABULOUS gym, 24 hour food availability with lots of dining options during normal hours, friendly staff. The rooms and beds were spotless, spacious and featured a very functional AC unit. PLUS - the elevators were fast and never delayed - a true surprise and delight. Only area for improvement were the bartenders in the bar that were more interested in talking among themselves than serving drinks when the crowd was at its busiest. You'll love your experience here!

This hotel is MASSIVE! It was such a wonderful experience as the hotel is perfectly nestled into the middle of all the convention space in Orlando. There is easy access to all surrounding facilities with lots of paved walking areas. There are several wonderful restaurants and bars in this hotel as they are very close to dozens of other great options as well. The towers have 30 floors with easy access to all floors and your room. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone traveling the area.

One of the most incredible hotels I have stayed at. Top notch services, rooms, and amenities. Stellar customer service from the front desk to the restaurants. The dining is fantastic and has many options for vegan and gluten free diets. Really convenient to the Orange County Convention Center and the theme parks. Thank you for making our stay in Orlando so lovely.

My friends and boyfriend took me here for my birthday and ever since we got to the front I was in love with how it looked. Its a huge place and the pools are fantastic! They have one on the ground floor and on a rooftop one also!! The room was excellent and the bathrooms were also amazing! All of the entertainments are near the hotel if you want to go out and do something. I would definitely come back here!!!

Beautiful hotel, accommodating staff, plenty of amenities, and close to everything. Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Outstanding service. Stayed May 14-17 and then extended three more days because of the hotel manager Brian .the front desk gentlemen treated us like royalty. Whatever we needed, he made it happen! Great place to stay. many thanks Brian!!

Very nice hotel in Tower 2. Pool is nice. For the price, I would think there would be a microwave in each room. The market is seriously over priced for simple things like Gatorade or even water. No laundry section to do your own clothes. Laundry service is seriously expensive. The resort fee is tacked on at an additional $30 per day along with $27 parking per day charge. Also, the staff doesn't answer the phone when called from the room. I stayed here a full week and it took me longer two nights of calling the front desk just to get fresh linens. I did like the TV in the mirror in the bathroom and the poolside view. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very spacious. The room is up-to-date and smells clean.

Os quartos são de tamanho médio, esperava mais pelo preço. Curiosamente as faxineiras, serventes e camareiras são bilíngues, mas as recepcionistas, não. As piscinas ficam quase desertas, apesar de serem boas .

Room was great. However, I chose this property because it is a Hyatt Regency and I was hoping for a restaurant and bar. No valet. No restaurant or bar. I was offered a sandwich. Didn't want a sandwich. Also, was not happy about paying $27 to park myself. Hyatt is my favorite property. I was disappointed with this stay.

Beautiful hotel. Didn't like that they don't clean you room supposedly because of covid, in reality they want to save on housekeeping expenses. A shame for a 5 star hotel

Hyatt regency Orlando is a really nice, clean hotel. The staff is friendly and the grounds are beautiful. The pools are stunning. Wish we stayed longer. Will definitely visit again. Worth every penny.

Quiet hotel. Nice size room. Clean. The bed was super comfy. The hotel and hotel room smells good. The only thing I didn't like was the parking garage was so far away (10 min walk to vehicle) so if you brought back take out or shopping/groceries and grabbed too much stuff, it was a bit of a hike.

My cousin had his wedding here and it was absolutely breathtaking! The food and service was on point and the stay was amazing. Very excited to be staying here for my anniversary in two weeks. I was lucky enough to have the best in class customer service from Bobby Raquel who helped me secure the perfect room for a very special week. He was so kind and welcoming and he makes me feel like family! I am really looking forward to my upcoming stay with the Hyatt, they go above and beyond to make us feel special no matter where the hotel or country.

The whole experience was amazing! From the front desk people to the bartenders to the chef who made it a point to greet us at every meal and who prepared the most delicious food!!! I wish they had extended pool hours,maybe just for adults,for those of us who are in meetings and dinners all day and may not get a chance to relax until about 10pm. Hopefully next time I visit,I'll have more time to relax.Would definitely recommend making this your place to stay!

This hotel,was,amazing. Staff very friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were celebrating my birthday over the weekend. And stayed two nights in a balcony room. Amazingly comfortable beds!! My car was having some transmission issues. Around the same time we needed to checkout. I had to get it towed and I explained my troubles to the front desk. They not only didnt charge me a late fee for checking out late. But extended our room availability until 6 pm free of,charge! I was blown away. Thanks again hyatt staff! We will be back!
