You should always note that this is a four star hotel: bad service, very unfriendly reception, cleaning of the room is ridiculous, equipment of the room is very worn and smelly, bathroom is damaged, the manager and staff are all the same and ignore any intervention. No improvement or concession, pool does not work, breakfast is poor and cheap because the quality is questionable. the eggs are cold or burned, coffee is only dark water, ham is old and dried up, and the cheese is old and dried up, the fruit comes out of the cans, the pastry is ridiculously tough and old and cheap, the waiters are preppy and rude, most of the service and receptionists are ignorant and do not speak a word of English. This is the worst and most expensive 4 star hotel I have ever visited. viva Chile! absurd prices!”
