“Went to see a concert next door at the arena. Friend and I decided to spend the night instead of fighting traffic back home. Also, a nice overnight getaway to just chill and relax.
Elevators require a swipe of your personal key to go up now. Housekeeping overlooked a hat near the bed. The sink in the bathroom didn't flow very well. Overall the room was fine, except these minor issues.
Room service - we had issues finding that info. Look at the card holder they give. It closed at 11pm that night - so we were too late to order anything. None of the other places at the hotel were open at 10ish. The room did provide 2 water bottles and some limited coffee service. So, keep that info in mind if you get thirsty or hungry late.
Now that we know we can plan better ahead. Everything else was good. Across the street from the arena, so that was beyond excellent!”

“This is a beautiful hotel. Check-in was seamless using the digital key. The room was spacious and beautiful and clean. The executive breakfast was good. And snacks provided were on point. The minimal interaction I had with staff was ok, semi pleasant. I would love to come back.”
