“Nós se hospedaram no hotel no dia de ação de graças, e foram completamente desapontados com. Por mais de US $ 500 por noite mais todas as taxas adicionais que eles cobram, esperávamos uma experiência digna de um resort. Após a chegada, nenhum porteiro ou serviço de campainha, nenhum manobrista na frente. O quarto era espaçoso e oferecia uma bela vista, mas, novamente ... não digna de um resort. Sem mini-bar, sem espelho de maquilhagem, sem roupões ... o chão da casa de banho não estava limpo, as toalhas não eram luxuosas de forma alguma. A praia é linda, mas o sistema de fixação das cadeiras é brega e estressante. Os funcionários, no entanto, foram exemplares, o que ajudou a compensar a nossa estadia decepcionante.”
