“The location is very good. But, the hotel itself is getting old, furniture, draps and aluminum all need repair or maintenance. The street in front of the hotel is always busy and car horns could be heard inside the room 24/7. And the staff was not very helpful.”

“Belo edifício. Hall de entrada estilo palácio, quartos espaçosos e decorados com bom gosto. Havia uma máquina de café cápsula no quarto, no entanto, eles cobravam 3-4 euros por cada cápsula usada. Isso parecia estranho para nós, pois muitos hotéis de 3 e 4 estrelas e até mesmo pousadas oferecem essa facilidade gratuitamente. Tivemos um quarto com vista para o Corno de Ouro de frente para a rua e era barulhento até meia-noite (sem janelas à prova de som, o que deve ser um padrão em um hotel de 5 estrelas em tal localização). Café-da-manhã foi bastante sub-padrão considerando qualidade e opções. Encontramos os sucos frescos para serem fermentados. O café da manhã era bem desorganizado, alguns funcionários não entendem inglês, você tem que repetir seus pedidos, pois eles tendem a esquecer o que você queria. O gerente se esforçou muito e pediu desculpas pela situação, mas ele não pode fazer tudo pela equipe mal treinada que ele tem.”
