“My experience wasn't good at all. I booked from their official website, through the process of checking-in, I got asked to pick between different options including if I wanted balcony or window, indoor or outdoor view, smoking or no smoking room and things like that, so I paid more and made my choice of a "superior" room just to have the balcony option. I was really happy with my choice and excited thinking that me and my husband would have an amazing view from our balcony.Well, a couple of days later when we arrived, and checked-in with Luis the guy at the reception, who was really good and helpful, he couldn't really helped us. Dor our surprise this hotel doesn't have balconies! Any! There is just 1 room with balcony and is the suite at level 8 he said! I was in shock.If you read this and want to check in through their website, be aware that they generalise with all the hotels they have around the world, and when you pick the type of room you want probably will not match with the hotel you will stay at.My expectations of having a balcony which this hotel doesn't offer is the perfect example of what I'm trying to say, at the end they are just making false advertisement (with no intention of it I'd like to think) Sorry NH but that just makes no sense and it's pretty wrong from your part. It would be highly recommended if you adjust/amend your website for the checking in process online, so your hotels fit with the options you offer.At the end, all this is translated to a no happy customer here, sorry because the room wasn't bad at all but wasn't what I picked from the options offered at all either.Luis, thanks for your professionalism and assistance and hats off to the girls from the breakfast buffet for their hard work.”
